  • Merchandise prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse orders (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory errors).
  • Taxes, shipping, and fees are shown at checkout (where applicable).

3. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

  • Estimated shipping times are not guarantees; carriers may experience delays.
  • Return/exchange policies (including time windows, condition requirements, and exclusions) are stated on the product or checkout pages where applicable.
  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Tickets & Events

  • Event dates, venues, lineups, and seating are subject to change. The latest details are posted on the event page.
  • Unless stated otherwise, tickets are typically non-refundable except where required by law or for event cancellations.
  • You agree to comply with venue policies (e.g., prohibited items, re-entry, security checks).

5. Rewards Program

  • You earn points through eligible activities (e.g., paid orders, ticket check-ins) as described on your Rewards dashboard.
  • Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked for fraud or abuse.
  • Redemptions are subject to item availability and program rules. We may change earn rates or redemption items at any time.
  • Gifted rewards are for the recipient only and may require variant selection (e.g., shirt size) before fulfillment.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, harassing, or fraudulent activity.
  • No attempts to circumvent security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Services.
